Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of the BM3 car.

On September 21, 2015, at around 23:28, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 300 meters from the parking lot of the Southern-gu Busan Central Library located in the Southern-dong of Busan to the street in front of the Southern Fishing in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.151% of alcohol content.
