A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2019, at least 21:35, the Defendant: (a) was controlled by the Defendant on the ground that a low-income car driven by the Defendant was driven by a central line, from the head of the Busan Southern Police Station D affiliated with the Busan Southern Police Station, which was conducting traffic control duties related to the B, on the road located in Suwon-gu, Busan, U.S., on the road; (b) was opened a window of the said vehicle and sent a desire to read “I am am am sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sks, but only once sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sk sks.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties by police officers.
