Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2017, around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim C (71) as a passenger on a 3 post office in front of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Office, Gangnam-gu 2017, and (b) taken a road front of the Fju station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul by taking the victim C (71) as a passenger on the Dsi in front of the Gangseo-gu 3 Office; and (c) taken the victim’s face and the victim’s head was 3-4 times the victim’s face and the victim’s head was her hand during the Dok-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
