Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2017, the Defendant driven at the entrance of the alley of a drinking tree in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and at approximately 700 meters from the entrance to the front of the National Bank of Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to 281, while under the influence of alcohol at a daily zero percent (0.113%) of alcohol concentration in blood transfusion (0.10%) on April 10, 2017.
