Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant driven a Bra vehicle at the 1km section from the front of the bus stop in the river basin in the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the front of the road located in the Dobong-ro 413, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.158% among blood transfusions on November 27, 2017.
