1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 2,652,064,824 as well as to the plaintiff on January 2016.
Reasons
1. The reasons for this part of the underlying facts are as stated in the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance (the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of second instance “1. Basic Facts”) except for those written by the court as follows. As such, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Under the second sentence of the first instance court, the third sentence " April 7, 2009" shall be read as " April 17, 2009".

The part of "the conclusion of the amendment to the contract of this case" shall be as follows.
