A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the 3rd prison of the Chungcheongnambuk Branch on May 19, 2012.
1. Interference with business;
A. On October 19, 2012, from around 02:00 to 04:00 of the same day, the Defendant continued to walk a horse to a customer on the ground that the victim D does not sell alcoholic beverages to himself/herself at the E main point operated by Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and let the customer leave his/her place, and the victim walked the main door between the Defendant and the potential, thereby obstructing the victim’s bar business by force by leaving the locked by leaving the locked by leaving the door and leaving the disturbance to the said main point.

2. On October 20, 2012, the injured Defendant: (a) around 23:30, the injured Defendant was the victim of the Victim K (V, 50 years of age) who sold alcohol to the Defendant on the front side of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District.
