Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2013, at around 13:15, the Defendant driven a 300m-wheeled vehicle with the display seal on his own, from the front side of the Tae-ri Tri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si to the front side of the same riri-ri-si, if he was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.142% during blood alcohol level.
