Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a larceny;

A. On February 10, 2014, at around 12:00, 112 dong E buildings located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si and 132 dong 112 and Hun-Ga, located in front of 132 dong 132, in which the f company owned by the victim, take away female clothing, such as clothes and flats, in which the market price is unknown;

B. On February 17, 2014, in collecting clothes above at around 12:00, taking away the clothing for female use with which the market price is unknown, such as clothes and spats owned by the victim;

C. On February 24, 2014, in collecting clothes above at around 11:25, the victim’s possession price is 1,440 won, taking out 3.2 km of women’s clothes equivalent to 1,440 won;

D. On March 10, 2014, around 14:35, at around 14:35, the victim took away 3.3 km of female clothes equivalent to the market value of 1,485 won owned by the victim and stolen them.

2. The purpose of the Defendant’s sexual desire is to satisfy his own sexual desire by taking female clothes from female toilets, with a view to satisfying his own sexual desire by entering a public place for sexual purpose:

(a) Between February 10, 2014, 12:10, 1-2, and 1-2;

(a) Intrusion into the second-story female toilets of the Gyeonggi-do Transport Training Institute located at 6 191-gil, 191, with dives for women, such as paragraph (1), from Suwon-si, Suwon-si;

(b) B. 12:10 On February 17, 2014: 1-1.

(b) intrusion into the second-story female toilets of the Gyeonggi-do Transport Training Institute with dives for female workers, such as paragraph (1);

(c) Maximum 1:45 on February 24, 2014;

(c) intrusion into the second-story female toilets of the Gyeonggi-do Transport Training Institute with dives for women, such as paragraph (1);

(d) On March 10, 2014, around 14:45: 1-2

D. As stated in paragraph (1), intrusion into a 2nd female toilet of the Gyeonggi-do Transport Training Institute (2nd female type) with stolen female items, and seeing them for female items, intrusion into a public toilet with an intention to satisfy their own sexual desire.
