Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 31, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, etc. of Sexual Crimes, committed intrusion on the above toilets with a view to photographing the booms of women in the toilets of the C2nd floor of Ansan-gu Mayang-gu, Annyang-gu, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, Annan

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the above toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. The Defendant infringed on the above toilets as set forth in paragraph (1) and entered the male partitions, and taken the body part of the victim D (the age of 27) who was reported on the cryp of the cryp of his cell phone camera by using the cryp function, using the cryp function in the partitions immediately next to the cryp of the partitions through the cryp cres below.

B. The Defendant, at around 23:35 on the same day, taken the body part of the victim E (the age of 21) against his will, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article, on which the victim’s bodily part was reported in the same manner as specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article.

C. The Defendant, at around 23:40 on the same day, taken the physical parts of the Victim F (F) who reported the change in the manner described in paragraph (1) of the same Article at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article, against his will.
