A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. or imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months, or two years of suspended execution, in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on May 1, 2018, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. On July 22, 2018, the Defendant, on July 22, 2018, went to the 'OO' assembly in Daegu-gun District Court Decision 11:40 on July 22, 2018, opened an entrance door which was not corrected through the settlement of the above church, and went to the inside of the second floor broadcasting room of the above church, and went to take 50,000 won in cash from the wall of the wall located in the female room owned by the victim C.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

2. On April 28, 2019, the Defendant, on April 28, 2019, went to the “OOOOO” church located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 12:30 on April 28, 2019 and opened an entrance that was not corrected through the settlement of the above church, and entered the five floors of the above church, and then laid out a white bag containing KRW 1.80,00 in cash in the “OOOO” church located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the said church.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

3. On May 12, 2019, the Defendant, on May 12, 2019, went to the “OOOO” church located in Daegu Suwon-gu F on May 13:0, 2019, and opened an entrance that was not corrected through the settlement of the said church, and entered the inside of the third floor broadcasting room of the said church, and then taken 40,000 won in cash on the wall of the victim G-owned white cover.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the building managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.
