Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works in the “E” of the international marriage broker in Gwangju North-gu.

On August 13, 2012, when an international marriage broker conducts marriage brokerage, he/she shall not introduce two or more other parties to the user at the same time. However, the defendant introduced two or more Vietnam women in non-name to the F who desire to enter into international marriage with Vietnam women through the brokerage of the above company from a hotel in the mutual incompetence city in Vietnam at the same time.

1. The Defendant and the defense counsel asserting that the introduction of more than two women at the same time was not made. The Defendant and the defense counsel asserted that the Defendant did not introduce more than two women at the same time, since the Defendant and the defense counsel, after allowing F to look at only a number of women in Vietnam at one place, they do not introduce more than two women at the same time.

According to the evidence adopted and examined by this court, F can be recognized as the fact that, as the brokerage of E working for the defendant at one hotel located in the city of Vietnam on August 13, 2012, F divided up to five to six groups of 30 women in that room into five to five groups, and the head of F selected the other spouse among those women.

Thus, the defendant's act of requiring F to report the appearance of Vietnam women's women to choose is already an introduction for marriage brokerage, and such an introduction constitutes one form of group good faith in which Article 12-2 of the Marriage Brokers Business Management Act was newly established and prohibited. In domestic affairs, the defendant's assertion in this court would normally lead one to progress one to two persons because time is blick and time is low.
