A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 27, 2017, the Defendant attempted to purchase 0.35 gramphones by ordering the seller of the mephone, which is a local mental medicine, to “D,” a mobile phone display case at the point of the Don-ro, Seo-gu, Busan at the 246 Don-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, to purchase 300,000 won from the mephones to the Don-ro (G) account in the name of F that the seller notified. However, the Defendant attempted to purchase 0.35 grams of the mephones by ordering the seller to use the menopphone at the point of the Don-ro, Seo-gu, Busan. 246, the Defendant failed to receive the menop from the said seller.

2. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 12:00, decided to purchase a penphone (one-time mobile phone fraud in which the penphone is obtained) from a person under whose name the Defendant used his/her name using his/her J, by accessing the mobile phone application “D” at the market I office located in Busan-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, to purchase a penphone (one-time mobile phone fraud in which the penphone is obtained) from 80,000 won.

The Defendant, at around 15:30 on the same day, placed 80,000 won in the return of postal items on the first floor of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan Building, which the seller notified, and purchased approximately 5 minutes after the return of the said postal items by means of taking approximately 0.69g of philophones and three of one-time injection equipment.

3. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant, on February 1, 2018, administered approximately 0.03 gramphonephones purchased from the mutual influence in Yeonsu-gu Incheon around 16:00 by inserting them into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water to injecting them.

B. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gramphonephones purchased from the Mael in Busan Seo-gu L on February 4, 2018 in the same manner as 3-A, around February 4, 2018.

On February 5, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around February 23:30 on February 5, 2018, at around Busan Dong-dong, 0.03 gramopon 0.03 gramopon purchased from the mutual influence in Busan Dong-dong, Busan.
