A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 4091] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On May 13, 2018, the Defendant decided to purchase a Metetop clop (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, from a seller of narcotics, etc. via “B”, a mobile-type mobile-type flopon, around May 13, 2018.

3. 4. On May 26, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by hanging approximately 0.4g g of the phiphones purchased as set forth in the above “3” at the seat of K Apartment L, which is one’s own residence in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J, Yeonsu-gu.
