A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2019, at around 19:30 on February 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) separated from his family members and tried to show a side in the way when he refused to leave the said hotel while moving to E, which is a temporary lodging house of the Development Police Station, along with D, after receiving a report on domestic violence 112 in the Defendant’s residence located in the Defendant’s residence located in G of the Development Police Station, at around 19:30; (b) tried to show a side in the way; and (c) was removed from D, “I will see the side on the way. I will see it. I will see it. I will see it.” The Defendant was arrested in the act of committing an act of committing the crime and carried to the back seat of the operation seat of the escorted vehicle, and the Defendant received a part of D's hair at the right side of the front seat of the blue Police Station; and (d) one should have a side on the left side of D.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
