A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who manufactures and sells fire extinguishers while operating C Co., Ltd. in the wife population B.

The principal ingredients of the fire extinguishing agents charged to the manual fire extinguishing agents approved by the defendant are 1 induum nitrate, and the defendant was inspected in advance using normal fire extinguishing agents using the first induum nitrate samples.

Although the Defendant has to make fire extinguishing agents using 1,000 won per fire extinguishing machine even though he had to do so, he had the intention to manufacture and sell fire extinguishing agents using 1,000 won per 1,00 won per fire extinguishing machine.

The Defendant manufactured at C office from August 1, 2005 to July 31, 2006, a fire extinguishing 100,000,000 won, which used to charge fire extinguishing agents made by using sulfur with very low oil fire extinguishing capacity compared to 1 in 1 in 1 in 1 in 1 in 2005, and sold them to customers nationwide.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold a fire-fighting appliance that arbitrarily changed its shape, etc.

The Defendant engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling fire extinguishers, and manufactured sulfur aluminium, which is not the first-person cancer, into a fire extinguisher, and sold approximately 10,000 won and approximately 1 billion won for a year, in order to lower manufacturing costs.

The fire extinguishing machine so made was a product that could not extinguish oil fire.

The defendant manufactured fire extinguishers and did not use specified materials on the ground that it was a reduction of production cost, which is a large number of people's life to raise money.
