Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates “C and D” in Bupyeong-si B.

No person shall sell fire-fighting appliances which are not type-approved by the Administrator of the National Fire Agency, or display them for sales purposes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold 1,895 fire extinguisherss for fishing and roadside-type vehicles imported from China from around April 10, 2017 to September 2, 2019 without obtaining type approval from the Administrator of the National Fire Agency. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant sold 48 of the said fire extinguishers to “E” distributors located at the time of the Government in the above store from May 1, 2017 to September 5, 2019, without obtaining type approval from the Administrator of the National Fire Agency.
