A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services in violation of the Employment Security Act shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from November 2012 to June 2, 2013, operated a news report with the trade name “E” without registering with the competent authority in Gangnam-gu Seoul and Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and without a certain office, sent to the Franc Doz and G K5 car a sexually Buddhist H, I, J, K, L, M, N, N, etc. to the neighboring “P” rancing Dozers, etc., and let the said Dozz players feel interesting against customers, and received KRW 15,000 from the said Dozzz., and then the Defendant acquired KRW 15,000 from the said Doz.

2. No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a holder of Franland Royman who was not covered by mandatory insurance, was driving the said car from around November 2012 to May 6, 2013 on the road of the “P” Poyman located in Q Q in Gangnam-gu Seoul, to the day from around May 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant operated a passenger car not covered by mandatory insurance.
