1. Defendant School Foundation C: (a) KRW 7,00,000; (b) KRW 44,065,957; and (c) KRW 44,065,957; and (d) each of the above amounts to Plaintiff A.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties C is the educational foundation that operates the E Hospital as an affiliated hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Defendant D is the head of the outside and the division of the Defendant Hospital.

On August 12, 2012, the Plaintiffs were F (GG students, hereinafter “the deceased”)’s children who died at the Defendant Hospital. On November 8, 2012, Plaintiff A reported the renunciation of inheritance to the Deceased’s property under the Gwangju Family Court 2012-Ma1849. On November 8, 2012, the said court rendered a judgment accepting the said report on November 26, 2012.

B. On July 3, 2012, a member of the Defendant Hospital of the Deceased and the Deceased who performed the instant first operation was hospitalized in the I Hospital located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju for the purpose of the treatment of post-sign escape symptoms, and was diagnosed as having been hospitalized in the instant I Hospital on July 3, 2012.

Accordingly, on July 4, 2012, the Deceased was diagnosed as acute impulse infection and wing-in gate infection, and was hospitalized at the Defendant Hospital immediately after that date.

On July 5, 2012, the deceased was performed under Defendant D’s house on the following day.

. Defendant D initially completed the operation by converting it into rearcts while performing rearctal and rearctal rearctatives by using ducts.

C. D. The pulmonary difficulty of the Deceased is after the second operation.
