Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) The defendant is affiliated hospital to the E Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
(2) On August 12, 2012, the Plaintiffs were children of F (G students, hereinafter “the deceased”) who died at the Defendant Hospital, and Plaintiff A reported the renunciation of inheritance to the Deceased on November 8, 2012 as the Gwangju Family Court 2012-Ma1849, and the said court accepted the said report on November 26, 2012.
B. On July 3, 2012, the Deceased was diagnosed as having been hospitalized in the I Hospital located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju for the purpose of treating the lap escape symptoms, and on July 4, 2012, the Deceased was diagnosed as having been absent from the lapitis and the laposis. Accordingly, on July 4, 2012, the Deceased was diagnosed as having undergone an examination at the Defendant Hospital, and was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on that day. 2) On that day, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on July 5, 2012 on the following day, under the care of D, he was hospitalized with the laposis and the lap thereto. D was performing an operation by using the laposis, and D was performing the operation on the first time and completed the operation after he was flaping the laposis and rearcing the lap.
