Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the “D” which is an international marriage intermediary in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and E is an employee of the foregoing business establishment.

An international marriage broker shall obtain certification from a notary public of the relevant country on the experience of marriage, health status, occupation, sexual assault, etc. from a user who has entered into a marriage brokerage contract and the other party to the marriage brokerage, criminal experience equivalent to imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment for the last ten years, and other personal information prescribed by statutes of the other country, respectively, and provide the above personal information to the other party in writing after obtaining certification from the notary public of the relevant country, and arrange for remainder when both the user and the other party agree in writing to the other party.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, at a "F" hotel located in Vietnam on June 21, 2014 where the Defendant had entered into a marriage brokerage contract with respect to the Defendant's business at a "F" hotel, which is located in the Defendant's employee of the Defendant, did not provide the Defendant with the personal information of G and H in writing prior to the completion of the marriage, when a male G of the Republic of Korea, who is a user of a marriage brokerage contract with respect to the Defendant's business, is married with a female H
