A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one and half years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 8, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 10, 201.

1. 3. Violence;

A.
