On October 25, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.155% of blood alcohol level, from the cafeteria located in the Sonan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Seoul-do, to the king located in the same Ri.
