When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with approximately approximately 200 meters section from the Jeju 4 Complex located in the Republic of Korea to the vicinity of an enterprise bank located in the same Ri, in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.153%.
