Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2015, at around 01:53, the Defendant driven a B cab with approximately one kilometer up to the two king distance located at the south of the 1511 at the south of the Republic of Korea on the roads in front of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, under the influence of alcohol by 0.203% of blood alcohol concentration.
