Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant has no fixed occupation, and is residing in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C Public Notice Board”.

The Defendant acquired 130,00 won by transfer from the victim in the above manner.
3. On April 21, 201, around 11:38, 201, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to send goods within the “E-Public Telecom” No. 407 located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant is Nurina on the Internet portal site.
