Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each crime of the 2016 senior group 4556 group ruling, and the 2016 senior group 8463 group ruling.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Incheon District Court on July 9, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Incheon Detention Center on July 2, 2015. On July 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Support for the Magwon Methods, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2015. On March 8, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

The Defendant, even though not a narcotics handler, dealt with marijuana and Metrophographs (copon; hereinafter “copon”). The Defendant treated the Mesophopon, which is a psychotropic medicine, as follows.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On July 3, 2016, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) provided F with approximately 0.1g of the Metetop clop, a local mental medicine, in a state where approximately 0.1g of the Metopop (copopopon; hereinafter “Metophopon”) was dilutiond with water; and (b) a injection machine containing approximately 0.2g of the Metopopon, without compensation, to teach F.

B. On July 5, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and injected them into his arms.

On July 5, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant provided a part of a one-time volunteer who is parked in the JJ path located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, with approximately 0.1g of philopon to K without compensation.

On July 5, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant provided to K with one vinyl package containing approximately 5.18g of opononon and one vinyl package containing approximately 0.12g of oponononon, which was parked in the vicinity of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu Ltd., Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

E. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant, around 18:10, contains one vinyl package containing approximately 4.5g of phiphones, and approximately 2.34g of philophones.
