1. Defendant A

A. At around 17:00 on October 24, 201, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7g of psychotropic drugs to Defendant B, within Defendant B’s Ecoo car parked in the vicinity of the Ulsan Airport, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu., U.S., for approximately 600,000 won.

B. On October 24, 2011, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.07g of philopon into a one-time injection machine; and (b) injected it into one’s own arms, which was parked on the road prior to the Ulsan-gu G cafeteria; and (c) dilution it with water.

G. On March 10, 2012, at around 00:10, the Defendant granted approximately 0.07 g of philopon to M in the vicinity of the Busan Metropolitan L police station.

H. On March 10, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant granted N, free of charge, approximately 0.14g of philopon to N in the vicinity of the Busan Eastdong Station.
