A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The evidence stated in the attached list shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[2014Gohap407] The Defendant has a separate name “C” and is not a person handling narcotics.

The defendant committed the following crimes under the influence that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the mental and behavioral disorder caused by the use of hemp sanctions against drugs:

1. On June 22, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 300,000,000,000 from “F” (one name “G”) around the front side of the “E hotel” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, in cash, about KRW 57,00 to KRW 10,00.

2. On June 1, 2014, the Defendant cultivated marijuana purchased from around 10:00 to around 10:00 on the first day of August 2014, by means of planting deep water for the marijuana purchased, as described in paragraphs (1) through (1) of this Article, from around 10:0 to around 10:00.

3. On June 1, 2014, the Defendant taken marijuana from around 10:00 to around 10:00 on the beginning of August 2014, 2014, by means of inserting the leaves and shots of the hemp cultivated, as described in paragraph (2), into water, and putting them in the water so as to have concerns over the marijuana ingredients.

4. On July 12, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant smoked tobacco with 0.5g of marijuana, which was in possession of piracy, on the ground of “the North-ro Maternal 266 located in Incheon Mari-ri, Mari-ri, Mari-ri, 266.”

5. At around 18:00 on July 12, 2014, the Defendant smoked by attaching approximately 0.5g of marijuana, which was possessed in the Defendant’s residence located under the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H underground 1, to the end, 0.5g of a flash.

6. On September 7, 2014, around 01:00, the Defendant included approximately 50 gress from “F” (one name “G”) in front of the “E hotel” located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, about 8 marijuana and approximately 15.1g of the decision-making body for X posters, approximately 7 ambs containing X posters, 25 -NBM (25 I-NBOM) and marijuana ingredients.
