A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the entrance of the victim in the north-gu, Gyeongpo-si, Gyeongpo-si, Gyeongpo-si on June 20, 2017, around 04:00; (b) opened and intruded the entrance by using any cresh caused by the victim’s leaving the port; and (c) carried 10,000 mar tobacco equivalent to KRW 45,00 in the market price owned by the victim.

The Defendant, from around that time to August 30, 2017, stolen another’s property or attempted to steals another’s property by intrusion on another’s structure at night, as shown in attached Table 1, from around 29 times to around 30, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the total amount of 9,501,300 won owned by the victims over 29 times.

1. Larceny;

A. From February 20, 2017 to the victim F, the Defendant was guilty of theft against the victim F.

2. From the H convenience point of the victim’s operation in South-gu G at port during the port of 24th century, the victim’s cresh was stolen by citing food of KRW 20,000 in total market value, such as the number of people and franchis where the victim was placed in another warehouse.

B. On February 24, 2017, at around 07:58, the Defendant stolen the victim I by putting one of the simple safes of KRW 100,000,000,00 in the market price where there were three hundred thousand,000,000 won in cash located on the victim’s five floors in the Southern-gu J building at a port.

2. From around 28, the victim’s operation in Daegu Metropolitan City, Seo-gu M was in front of the Nart, and was stolen by citing food of 30,000 won in total, such as drinking water and fruit trees on the display stand.
