A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 8, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, 02:32, on the road near the “Fel” located in E, the Defendant sent to the scene after receiving a report by the Defendant 112, and asked C to find out the owner of a vehicle adjacent to the Defendant’s report. The above C recommended the Defendant to return home, “this son, who is in the vicinity, sees his position,” and she takes a bath to the Defendant, and she takes a walk in the front of the police box, and she takes a walk in the front of the patrol box with his/her hand, and walked the above 30th son’s face with his/her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, and took it over the above 30th son’s face.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
2. In around 02:40 on April 8, 2017, the Defendant, who damaged public goods, was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of interference with the performance of official duties in the street near the “Fel” located in E, and was in the course of carrying out the patrol on his hand, damaged the above patrol vehicle, which is the goods used by public offices, by removing the rubber fastening of the back seat of the patrol seat in the course of carrying out the patrol onto the patrol vehicle.
