Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendant driven a BNEW EF rocketing without a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol 0.073% from the section of approximately 10km of alcohol at the same time as Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to the road 200:50 on the same day.
