If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.112% in blood alcohol concentration at around 23:05, and operated a 10km B EF rocketing car from the fire-fighting movement site in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to 23 Gaoman-ro 20, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
