On April 20, 2014, at around 06:40, the Defendant driven the vehicle at a distance of about 10km from about 10km to about 60km in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, 15-gil, in front of the other unit restaurant of the Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.156%.
