1. The owner of the building register as to the real estate stated in the attached Table 3 among the lawsuits against Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Of the Plaintiff’s lawsuit against Defendant B, the Plaintiff is seeking the implementation of the procedure for the change of name on the building ledger on the real estate stated in the attached Table 3 list against the Defendant B, on the ground that the said Defendant agreed against the Plaintiff on March 8, 2003, to change the name of the owner on the building ledger on the real estate stated in the attached Table 3 (hereinafter “instant housing”).
On the other hand, the general building ledger is not the register that announces the change in the real right of a building, but it is not the method of public announcement of the change in the real right by the title holder, and there is no presumption. The title holder who has received the transfer of ownership on the building ledger cannot apply for the registration of ownership preservation directly under his own name, and the registration of ownership transfer is applied for under his name after the registration of ownership transfer was made under the name of the first owner on the register. 2. Facts of recognition;

(2) On May 24, 1982, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of L (NE and LF) was made on January 5, 197 on the real estate listed in the annexed List No. 2, and on August 17, 1995, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant B was made on the ground of sale and purchase on August 21, 1995.
