1. As to the Plaintiff’s land listed in Appendix 1 List 8, Defendant F, as well as Defendant G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and N, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 11, 1971, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the Plaintiff on each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) (hereinafter “the instant real estate”).

B. Since then, as indicated in the details of the registration of transfer, land Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, and 10 are as follows: (i) on April 21, 1993, Defendant B is subject to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Transfer of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 4502, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

Based on the order of March 15, 1982, the term “registration” refers to “registration 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 according to the sequences of land ownership transfer by means of sale and purchase as of March 15, 1982.

After the completion, each ownership was finally transferred to Defendant D and senior group. 2) The land Nos. 4 and 6 was finally transferred to Defendant D and senior group on December 27, 1985, and the ownership transfer registration (hereinafter referred to as “4 and 6 registration”) was completed on December 24, 1985 on the ground of sale by Defendant B on December 27, 1985, and finally, the ownership was transferred to Defendant D.

3) On May 6, 1983, the land No. 7 is the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration No. 7”) by the sequence of land ownership transfer on the ground of sale and purchase as of April 27, 1983 to Defendant B.

After the completion, the ownership was finally transferred to Defendant D. 4) The land No. 8 was completed on June 22, 1982 on the ground of sale as of June 21, 1982 to the network E, and immediately on the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of sale as of June 21, 1982, and finally, the ownership was finally transferred to Defendant B to the Defendant.

C. The Plaintiff and Defendant B are siblings, and the Defendant C is the children of Defendant B.

The deceased on September 3, 2011, Defendant F (Inheritance 3/19), the wife, Defendant G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and N (Inheritance 2/19, each of the shares in inheritance) succeeded to the deceased.
