1. It is a change in exchange from the trial to the real estate stated in the attached Form 3 against the plaintiff's defendant B.

1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties and the Defendants are siblings, and the Ma E (Death of April 23, 1981), the Man F (Death of January 3, 1983), the Man F (Death of January 3, 1983), the Man F (Death of January 3, 1983), and the Ma F and the non-party G have three male women, such as H, Plaintiff, I, Defendant C, Defendant D, J, Defendant B, and K.

As to the real estate listed in the list Nos. 1, 2, and 4, in the name of Defendant B, the Daegu District Court received No. 4750 on May 24, 1982, as to the real estate listed in the list No. 1, 2, and 4, and the registration of ownership transfer was made under the name of the Plaintiff on January 27, 1976. The registration of ownership transfer was again made under the name of the Plaintiff on October 25, 1985, as the receipt of No. 1745 on October 25, 1985, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 22, 1985. 2) on the real estate listed in the list No. 2 in the separate sheet No. 2, Daegu District Court, the registration office received on May 24, 1982, with No. 4751 on January 5, 197.
3) The former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (amended by Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) No. 3667 on February 24, 1995 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”)
(C) The registration of ownership preservation under Defendant B’s name was made. (c) The registration of ownership transfer under the name of Defendant C and D was made pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Development of Special Measures for the Shares of 1/2 among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 5, which was owned by Defendant C and D with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 5, with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 5, with respect to which the Daegu District Court received No. 3655 on February 24, 1995, thereby making the registration of ownership transfer under the name of Defendant C and D on May 6, 1979.
