Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2012, around 21:36, the Defendant discovered the victim C (the 17-year-old and female) who entered the house from the benda of the Defendant’s dwelling at Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 301, and disclosed all clothes to obscenity by openly exposing his sexual organ, and found the victim D (the 19-year-old, female) and C, who continued entering the house, and was openly obscene in the above manner.
