On September 26, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant discovered the stairs of the C’s park located adjacent to the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and found the D (n, 34 years of age) walking, laid down the bomer, exposed the sexual organ, and produced the said D publicly obscene act.
