A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2020, the Defendant sent back the surrounding area of C High School in Pakistan, on April 12, 2020, at around 01:55, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (at the age of 23) who walked around C High School in front of C High School; (b) discovered the victim D; and (c) took the victim into a cell phone; and (d) took the victim’s cell phone; (b) viewed the victim as “low-day”; and (c) took the victim’s rear, she saw the Defendant to see the Defendant’s will and ske the sexual organ.

As a result, the defendant openly obscenityd on the roads where many unspecified people frequent.

2. On April 16, 2020, the Defendant sent back around the E Apartment on April 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim G (the 16-year age, 16-year age) entering the joint port of the first floor of the F-dong apartment of the mast apartment; (b) had the victim taken the victim with a cell phone; (c) followed the victim before the elevator of the 1st floor of the mast apartment; and (d) had the victim saluted the Defendant’s sexual organ to salute the Defendant’s sexual organ; and (c) had the victim continuously discovered the Defendant’s act of self-defense; and (d) had the victim saluted and escaped once in his/her hand, with his/her left marbane.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed a publicly obscenity act in front of an apartment elevator in which many unspecified people frequent, and committed an indecent act on the part of a child or juvenile victim.
