All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, with the trade name of “B”, who operates a fireworks house in adjoining land, is not in good appraisal with “C” and the victim D and E, who are the married couple operating “C” in the adjoining land.
