A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the president of the chapter E of the D organization, was the 6th regional election of the Do local government on June 4, 2014, G, a preliminary candidate for the FFF head of the Gu/Si/Gun, was the 7th regional election.

1. Notwithstanding the fact that anyone is unable to make a contribution on behalf of a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) in connection with an election, the Defendant, at around January 27, 2014, provided 360 electors in FF residence with a single gift set (18,000 won per one unit) purchased from K by a manufacturer of a son's Bat within theJ in Gunsan-si, for the purpose of winning the above G at the Defendant's residence located in HM901 at Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si (hereinafter referred to as the "K"), by providing a single gift set (18,000 won per unit) purchased from the F electorate, by using the Kashesheet-gu, the Defendant made a contribution to 360 electors in FF residence, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. The representative of the Si/Gun organization of the D organization is prohibited from conducting an election campaign, and anyone is unable to conduct an election campaign by means other than those prescribed by the Public Official Election Act before the election campaign period, the defendant, on January 1, 2014, called to N who is the electoral resident residing in Chungcheongnam-Nam M in the first place of the police officer.

On January 2014, G going out as a candidate for FF head of the local election, appealed for support, and thereafter, N calls calling for support from G to eight electorates such as N,O, P, Q, Q, R, S, T, U, etc. on the part of a total of eight electorates, including the provision of L futures one box via a home line as referred to in paragraph 1, and carried out an election campaign before the election campaign period, regardless of the status of D organization E branch, in which it is impossible to carry out an election campaign by providing L gift set to the above persons, as referred to in paragraph 1.

3. The representative of a Si/Gun organization of D organizations shall not publicize to the electorate the achievements of a candidate (including a person who wishes to be a candidate), regardless of the pretext of education or whatever, provided that the Defendant was held in Chungcheongnam-NamV around January 17, 2014.
