Punishment of the crime

As the head of Gangwon C, the Defendant is a person who concurrently serves as the chairperson of the D Lee Dong-gu Council, and operates an accommodation facility with the trade name called “E private gambling.”

At around 10:00 on May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the 7th simultaneous local election candidate who was the preliminary candidate for the H political party of the G Gun nationwide from the “E Park Park” operated by the Defendant at F on May 26, 2018, the meeting of the “K” group as a member of the JJ as the preliminary candidate for the I and G Gun council; and (b) thought that the Defendant was a member of the D Lee this Chapter Council with the Chairperson, who is the Chairperson, provided meals to the heads of the G Do Council, and provided various preliminary candidates with an opportunity to engage in election campaigns.
