A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
4,350,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Upon receipt of C’s request from C for psychotropic drugs, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 600,000 from C in the vicinity of the steel field located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) around September 6, 2013, the Defendant received 600,000 won from C around the steel field; (c) around the steel field, the Defendant 40,000 won and added 40,000 won prepared by the Defendant to D; and (d) received approximately KRW 1.4g of the 1st of the 1st of the 1st of the 1st of the w of use from D.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, purchased approximately KRW 1.4g of philopon from D in 1.0 million.
2. Upon C’s request, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from C, around September 11, 2013, around F Park in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and received KRW 300,00 from C. Around that time, the Defendant was going to the back of the “G convenience store” in front of the said F Park, and the Defendant was dried with KRW 30,000,000,00 from H, and was dried with approximately 0.35 g of philopon, which was contained in the disposable injection machine from H.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, purchased approximately KRW 0.35g 30,000,000 from H.
3. Upon receipt of C’s request from C to rescue phiphones, on October 31, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 1.2 million from C before the J’s convenience store located in the said I. On November 1, 2013, around 01:00, the Defendant received 1.4 million won from D in total with KRW 200,000,000 prepared by the Defendant, and 200,000,000 won in total with KRW 1.6g from D.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, purchased approximately KRW 1.6g of philopon from D in 1.4 million.
4. Upon C’s request, the Defendant: (a) around November 22 and 10, 2013; (b) around the building adjacent to the community credit cooperatives in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant received 600,000 won from C; (c) around 23:00 on the same day.
