Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The status and relationship 1) The Plaintiff is a manufacturer and seller of cosmetics registered with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety pursuant to Article 3 of the Cosmetics Act. 2) The Plaintiff is a manufacturer and seller of cosmetics, both of which the KOSA and the Seoul Food and Drug Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Cosmetics, etc.,” and omitted the indication of the Co., Ltd.) are cosmetics. Berab California California (hereinafter referred to as the “ALOE VVOF CAF CALNNA, AINC, hereinafter referred to as the “LD.”), and a manufacturer of cosmetics.
