Punishment of the crime

1. At around 09:30 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) the victim D (the age of 58) sent out of Suwon-si C Apartment 105, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, on the ground that the relationship with the victim was not settled and met for 2 months; (b) the Defendant was divided into several times to meet the victim on the ground that the relationship with the victim was not settled and met; (c) however, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by means of a cresh in which the non-resident, who did not open the door, entered the door into the joint entrance and entered the door and intruded the victim’s dwelling in front of the entrance of the victim.
