In the plaintiff's lawsuit of this case, "the defendant shall walk by walking on the land listed in the attached list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. As a housing constructor, the Plaintiff is the owner of the land C, D, and E (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”). The Defendant is an organization established in order to create a dance-based village in the Frith of the Chungcheongnam-gun in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Agricultural and Fishing Villages Adjustment Act and the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Agriculture and Forestry Industry, and is the owner of the land listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Plaintiff originally sought a project to create a multi-family housing complex by receiving support from the private sector-led electric village project of the budget group, and is a person who formed a multi-family village complex with the Defendant’s own dancing type.

The plaintiff was acting as the representative of the defendant until March 2008.

On October 306, 2006, the Plaintiff purchased KRW 29,600 square meters from G in the capacity of the Defendant’s representative, from G in the budget-gun H, Chungcheongnam-do. On October 23, 2006, the Plaintiff obtained a land transaction permit from the number of budget-gun around October 23, 2006 (in the case of exceeding 30,000 square meters, it appears that the Plaintiff intended to create a housing complex on the said 29,600 square meters in order to avoid this, since it is subject to a district unit plan, it appears that the Plaintiff intended to build a housing complex on the said 29,600 square meters in the said 29,60 square meters in the said 29,60 square meters in the status of the Defendant’s representative. On October 30, 2006, after the permission for the land transaction was granted, J 29,600 square meters of the 98,436 square meters of the I forest registered around around October 30, 2006. On the same day, the ownership in the Defendant’s name was changed on the same day.

E. On December 2, 2006, the Plaintiff purchased I forest land of 68,836 square meters remaining after being divided from G from his individual qualification as above from G to 25,000,000 won, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of K on December 18, 2006 after paying the price.

F. The land of Chungcheongnam-gun, D, and E currently owned by the Plaintiff is within the said I forest.
