1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and C are listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 of the attached sheet No. 3.

1. Basic facts

A. The pertinent plaintiff is a clan with descendants of N, who are 15 years of age of M, and the defendants (including the appointed parties; hereinafter the same shall apply) are the members of the plaintiff clan, and the defendants, including the defendant B, C, and D, are the members of the clan and the successors of the defendant B, C, and D.

B. The circumstances and registration relations of each land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each land of this case” and the “land No. 0 in the separate sheet No. 0” in the annexed sheet No. 1) are as follows: (a) The land of this case in the annexed sheet No. 1 to 3 is the forest before the division of this case.

(2) The registration of ownership was completed on December 13, 1973 in the name of the Plaintiff’s clans on the part of June 26, 1918, and the registration of ownership was completed on December 14, 1973, with respect to the land of 86,308 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun and the respective land of 2,308 square meters in the list of 3 of this case (excluding the land listed in No. 9 of this case and No. 3 List No. 9 of this case) and each land listed in the list No. 2, 308 of this case.

Since then, according to the death of T (Death on November 23, 1984), O (Death on December 20, 1986), and P (Death on May 30, 1986), the registration of change of ownership made Defendant B and C as a partner was made on March 30, 2007 due to the "Death of Joint Owner" and the registration of change of ownership made for Defendant B and C as a partner on the same day.

Meanwhile, on the 24th day of May 2012, the pertinent RR forest was divided into each land on the 1st day of May 23, 2012.

3) Each land listed in the 2nd and 3th list (except for the land listed in No. 3th list) was assessed against the descendants of the Plaintiff clan on June 26, 1918 (except for the land listed in the 3th list), and the preservation of ownership was completed on October 18, 1979 with the share of 1/5 shares in each of the Defendant B, D, T,O, and P.

On the other hand, the shares of T are transferred to Defendant C on the ground of “the donation made on April 1, 1983,” and the shares of C are transferred to Defendant E on the ground of “the inheritance made on May 29, 2008,” respectively.
