The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been the chairperson of the promotion committee of the residents' society in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. On April 10, 2010, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 15:00, at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun; and (b) at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun, the fact that E was present at the general meeting of the residents’ association of the residents’ association of the entire village; and (c) F and G did not agree to donate five parcels, not less than 252m2 square meters, which are the agenda item of the said meeting, to the budget-gun; (b) by using a computer, the title “special meeting of the residents’ association of the entire village” was called as “the special meeting of the residents’ association of the residents’ society of the Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, 252m2 and five parcels, which are 22m2m2 of the number of the members present at the budget-gun; and (c) after entering the name E, G, and F in advance, affix the seal of E, G, and F.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged the list of persons attending the extraordinary general meeting in the name of E, G, and F, and one copy of the list of persons supporting the agenda.

2. On November 16, 2010, the Defendant: (a) issued a false list of the persons present at the extraordinary general meeting and a list of the persons supporting the agenda, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, as if they were duly formed, to the employees under his/her name-free statement, and exercised the above list.
