1. The Defendant’s KRW 38,00,000, and its annual rate from March 29, 2017 to August 4, 2017, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. From April 10, 2014 to April 10, 2065, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant under the name of “non-dividend professional policyholder’s life or fluor comprehensive insurance 1404 regardless of the maturity refund beneficiary” with the insured and the Plaintiff as the Plaintiff. The said insurance contract includes a special agreement on diagnostic expenses for cancer (excluding similar cancer), similar cancer (excluding KRW 20 million), a special agreement on diagnostic expenses for cancer (excluding payment of KRW 20 million), and a special agreement on diagnostic expenses for cancer (excluding small amount of cancer) (excluding payment of KRW 20 million) (excluding payment of KRW 20 million).

(hereinafter hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. On March 10, 2017, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the Kynam University Hospital at the Kynam University Hospital at the Kynam University of Dynam University, and claimed insurance proceeds under the instant insurance contract on March 23, 2017. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant paid only two million won of the insurance proceeds under a special agreement on the expenses for diagnosis of similar cancer.

C. The main contents of the terms and conditions relating to the instant insurance contract are as follows.

9-1. Cancer diagnosis expenses (excluding similar cancer) special terms and conditions;

(Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) Where the insured listed in an insurance policy is diagnosed and confirmed as cancer (excluding similar cancer) after the commencement date of coverage during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions, the Company shall pay the following amounts in accordance with this Special Terms and Conditions:

50% of the purchase amount of insurance under this Special Terms and Conditions for a period of less than one year from the date of the insurance contract (other than similar cancer) of the amount paid after the lapse of the period of time, 100% of the purchase amount of insurance under this Special Terms and Conditions

3. (Definition and Confirmation of "Canceance", "Other skin cancer" and "Amance cancer" are defined in this Special Terms and Conditions (excluding similar cancer) classification table (other than Amance cancer and Amance cancer), referring to the classification table of malicious life (other excluding Amance cancer and Amance cancer), hereinafter the same shall apply.
